We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the complexity of international shipping, please double check product information before you order. We do not accept unreasonable return and refund requests if it is not a product quality issue.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

✳Please note that we have Amazon stores in many countries and if your shipping address is close to our Amazon warehouse, we will prioritize shipping from Amazon warehouse.
✳However, returns cannot be returned to Amazon Warehouse as Amazon Warehouse does not accept non-Amazon ordered items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Order Cancellation:

We can cancel your order for you if you contact us within 24 hours of purchase. If your payment has been completed but the package has not yet shipped, you can cancel your order before the item ships. We will refund your money in full.
Orders cannot be canceled after the package has been shipped.

Please make sure you have a clear understanding of the shipping time and related product information. If you decide to return the item and it is not the seller's fault, we will deduct a $10 restocking fee from the amount you paid.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • We would appreciate it if you shipped the goods by POST Office instead of other couriers.
  • The description of the goods should be "adapter".
  • The invoice value is expected to be 20 USD per piece.
