Volvo Wireless Carplay und Android Auto 2014–2017

Delivery was fine. The model delivered works on several car models which you select via dip switches. Very simple and not a concern. My problem is that the model I purchased this unit for, is not listed on the unit!?!? I emailed for confirmation that this unit would work on my car and which dip switch setup I should use. Weeks have gone by without a response. So what I have for my money is a shiny box that I haven't been able to fit.
So far, not a good purchase. Poor communication is being to generous because there has been none.

I ordered this for my xc60 2017, 9”inch radio. I was unsure whether to get it as it’s quite a lot of money for it not to work but took the risk. I found a video on YouTube on how to install it and was quite easy. I’m not very technical or at doing technical stuff but was pretty straight forward. All in all good buy.
