However, the overall rating is 3 stars because we had to spend a long time discussing matters related to the declaration of conformity. Eventually, it worked out, but I believe that a company wanting to export to the EU should have documentation prepared without unnecessary procedures. However, the worst part was that the product did not pass through the Polish customs agency. Apparently, the goods were cloned somewhere in Belgium, but I have not received the customs documents to this day. Ultimately, I had to initiate an administrative procedure and apologize to the Tax Chamber.
